Custom Living Room Fireplace & Feature Wall in Chelan, WA

A full living room feature wall and fireplace build-out for a Chelan, Washington home. Garcia Home Renovations framed and finished the fireplace surround, wrapped the wall in custom paneled millwork, set the herringbone marble tile around the firebox, built in a recessed TV niche, and installed brass sconces and crown molding. The finished room reads like a high-end build but was done as a clean retrofit into the existing space.
Fireplace Surround & Tile
We framed the surround tight to the firebox, wrapped it in MDF panels with applied molding, and set the herringbone marble tile in a clean pattern around the opening. The hearth was capped in stone to match and the entire surround was painted in a warm white that pulls in the brass sconces.
Built-In TV Niche & Wiring
A recessed niche above the mantel keeps the TV flush with the wall, with all wiring run concealed inside the framing. The result is a clean, gallery-style look with no visible cords and a soundbar shelf built directly into the surround.
Millwork, Sconces & Crown
Paneled millwork runs the full height of the feature wall and meets new crown molding at the ceiling. Hardwired brass sconces flank the TV on each side, and every joint, return, and corner was caulked, sanded, and finish painted before final reveal.
