Remodeling a House You Live In
Working in an occupied family home is its own skill. We sequence the job so you keep a functioning kitchen or bathroom as long as possible, we hang plastic and run floor protection so dust stays where the work is, and we pack up tools and sweep at the end of every day instead of leaving a job site in the middle of your living room. We tell you which days will be loud, which days the water is off, and when you will need to park somewhere else. Kids, dogs, and a work-from-home schedule all fit into the plan if you tell us about them early.
Kitchens, Bathrooms, and Full Interior Remodels
Wenatchee has a lot of solid houses from the fifties through the eighties with layouts that no longer match how families live. We open up kitchens, move walls where the framing allows, replace flooring throughout so the main level reads as one space, rebuild bathrooms from the studs, and update trim, doors, and paint so the finished result does not look like one new room bolted onto an old house. Everything runs on one schedule with one written scope, and licensed plumbers and electricians come in on our timeline.
Painting Inside and Out
The valley gets real summer heat and real winter cold, and exterior paint pays for it. A repaint here starts with pressure washing, scraping back to sound material, priming bare wood, replacing rotted trim boards, and caulking every seam before the first topcoat. Interior work gets the same attention: patching, skim coating rough drywall, priming stains, and rolling two full coats so color reads even under daylight and lamp light. Cabinet repaints get degreased, sanded, bonded with primer, and sprayed for a finish that does not chip the first week.
Concrete, Driveways, and Garage Floors
We pour and finish slabs, patios, walkways, steps, driveways, and shop and garage floors around Wenatchee, and we coat existing concrete with epoxy after grinding it properly. Freeze and thaw cycles here are hard on flatwork, so base prep, thickness, reinforcement, and control joint placement matter more than a smooth trowel finish on day one. On the carpentry side, we build custom cabinetry, entertainment walls, mudroom benches, shelving, and fireplace surrounds, and we match existing trim profiles and stain so new work reads as original.

Do you take on smaller projects in Wenatchee?+
Yes. A single bathroom, one room of flooring, a repaint, or a garage floor coating are all normal jobs for us. Not everything has to be a whole-house remodel.
Can we stay in the house during the remodel?+
In most cases, yes. We phase the work, seal off active areas, and keep at least one bathroom and a usable kitchen running as long as the scope allows.
