General Contractor in Omak, WA
Serving Omak and the surrounding area
Garcia Home Renovations serves Omak, WA at the north end of our service area. We are a licensed general contractor and builder based in Chelan, and we plan Omak work as focused multi-day stretches so a project moves quickly once it starts rather than dragging out over weeks of short visits.
How We Plan Work at the North End
Omak is a drive from our shop, and pretending otherwise would just produce a schedule nobody can keep. Instead we plan Omak projects deliberately. Materials get ordered and staged before the crew heads north, the scope gets written in enough detail that nobody is waiting on a decision mid week, and we work consecutive days on site rather than popping in for a few hours. That approach gets a remodel or a repaint finished in a tight window and keeps disruption in your house short.
Interior Remodels and Bathrooms
Full interior remodels are a good fit for this kind of scheduling. Kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, flooring, drywall, trim, and paint all run under one scope with one crew. Bathrooms in particular benefit from a contractor who handles framing, waterproofing, tile, and finish work in house and coordinates licensed plumbers and electricians on the same timeline, because that is where most remodels stall. Tub to shower conversions, tile surrounds, vanity and fixture replacement, and full gut rebuilds are all normal work for us.
Interior and Exterior Painting
Painting is one of the most efficient ways to use a multi-day trip, and it is also the easiest place for a contractor to cut corners. Ours does not skip prep. Interiors get patching, skim coating, priming over stains, and two full coats. Exteriors get washed, scraped back to sound material, spot primed, rot repaired, and caulked before topcoat, using coatings rated for the sun and the cold swings this part of the state delivers. Cabinet repaints get degreased, sanded, primed, and sprayed for a smooth finish.
Flooring, Concrete, and Carpentry
We install luxury vinyl plank, tile, and hardwood, including subfloor prep and the transitions and trim that make the install look finished. On the concrete side we pour and finish slabs, patios, walkways, steps, and garage and shop floors, and grind and coat existing concrete with epoxy. We also build custom cabinetry, built-ins, shelving, entry benches, and fireplace surrounds, matching existing trim and finish so new work does not stand out as an add on.
Straight Answers Before the Work Starts
Because Omak is a trip, we are especially clear up front about what a project involves, how many days it will take, and what has to be decided before the crew arrives. You get a written scope in plain language, a realistic schedule, and a single point of contact. If something changes once a wall is open, you hear about it that day along with what it takes to fix, not at the end of the job.
