This is where a bathroom remodel is won or lost. We take the shower back to studs, correct any framing or sloping issues, and build the wet area properly with a sloped pan or a pre-formed base, a bonded waterproof membrane, sealed corners and penetrations, and a recessed niche framed and waterproofed before tile. Then large-format tile, marble-look panels, or a solid surround goes on with full thinset coverage, and glass doors get set and sealed. Done right, nobody sees any of that work again, which is exactly the point.
Vanities, Tile, and Fixtures
Custom or ordered vanities set level and scribed to the wall, quartz or solid-surface tops, undermount sinks, and matte black, brushed nickel, or brushed gold fixtures depending on the look. Floor tile gets laid over a flat, prepped substrate with straight grout lines that carry through the doorway. We handle new lighting, backlit or LED mirrors, GFCI outlets, heated floor mats, towel and paper hardware, and a properly sized exhaust fan ducted outside instead of into the attic.
Small Baths, Aging in Place, and Timeline
Half baths, hall baths, guest suites, and rental units all get the same care as a primary suite. If accessibility matters, we can build a curbless or low-threshold shower, block the walls for grab bars now even if you install them later, widen the doorway, and set the vanity height for comfortable use. Most single bathroom remodels run two to four weeks from demo to final fixtures, and we phase larger houses so you always have a working bathroom.
