Remodeling
Interior Remodeling Contractor Serving Chelan and Wenatchee, WA
Most remodels go sideways for the same reason: too many people responsible for too many pieces. We run the whole thing, from demo through the last coat of paint, with one point of contact and one schedule you can actually plan around.
What a Full Interior Remodel Covers
Kitchens, living rooms, dining spaces, hallways, basements, and whole-floor updates. That means selective demo, framing changes, coordinating electrical and plumbing rough-in with licensed trades, insulation, drywall hang and finish, texture, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, tile, trim, doors, hardware, lighting, and paint. If a wall needs to come out to open the kitchen to the living room, we check whether it is load bearing and, when it is, size and install a proper header rather than crossing our fingers.
How the Project Actually Runs
We start with a walkthrough and a written scope so you know exactly what is included. Then we set a sequence, order long-lead items like cabinets and flooring before demo day, and protect the parts of the house we are not touching with plastic and floor board. You get regular updates, and if we open a wall and find old wiring, water damage, or a surprise, you hear about it that day along with what it costs to fix, not at the end.
Older Homes, Lake Houses, and Rentals
A lot of homes around the valley were built in a different era or added onto more than once, so floors are not level and walls are not square. We deal with that instead of hiding it: shimming, scribing trim, feathering flooring transitions, and doing the finish work that makes an old house feel intentional. We also work on short-term rentals and lake properties where scheduling matters, and we can plan a remodel around your booking calendar or the shoulder season.

Questions We Get About Interior Remodels
How long does an interior remodel take?+
A single room is typically two to four weeks. A kitchen runs six to ten weeks depending on cabinet lead times, and a whole-floor renovation can run a few months. We give you a schedule up front and tell you as soon as anything shifts.
Can I stay in the house during the remodel?+
Usually yes. We seal off the work zone, keep dust contained, and phase the job so you keep a working kitchen or bathroom whenever it is possible.
Do you handle permits and licensed trades?+
Yes. We pull permits when the scope calls for them and bring in licensed electricians and plumbers on our schedule, so you are not chasing subcontractors yourself.
Can you take out a wall to open up the space?+
Often, yes. We verify whether it is load bearing first, then size and install the right beam or header and rebuild the ceiling and floor to match.
