Interior & Exterior House Painting in Chelan and Wenatchee, WA

Paint is the fastest way to make a house feel cared for, and it is also the easiest place for a contractor to cut corners. We do not. Every repaint starts with prep: washing, scraping, sanding, filling nail holes, caulking gaps, taping off, and covering floors and furniture before a single gallon gets opened.

Interior Painting

Walls, ceilings, trim, doors, casings, baseboards, and cabinets. We patch drywall dings, skim rough spots, prime bare or stained areas, and roll two full coats so the color reads even in daylight and lamp light. Cabinet work gets degreased, scuff sanded, primed with a bonding primer, and sprayed for a factory-smooth finish that does not chip the first time a door swings shut. We work room by room in occupied houses so you keep a place to live while the job moves, and everything gets put back where we found it at the end of each day.

Exterior Painting

Summer sun off the lake and hard winter freeze-thaw are rough on a paint job. Exterior work here means pressure washing, scraping failed film back to sound material, spot priming bare wood, replacing rotted trim boards, and caulking every seam and penetration before topcoat. We use exterior-grade acrylics rated for high UV, and we plan the schedule around temperature and dew point so the film cures the way it is supposed to. Siding, soffits, fascia, decks, railings, garage doors, and outbuildings all get the same treatment.

Color, Timing, and What It Costs

If you are stuck on color, we will bring samples and put big swatches on the actual wall in the actual light rather than asking you to guess off a chip. Most single rooms run a day or two, a whole-house interior runs a week or two depending on trim and cabinets, and a full exterior depends on stories, siding type, and how much prep the last paint job left us. You get a written estimate that separates prep, materials, and labor, so nothing shows up as a surprise line item later.

FAQ

Questions We Get About Interior & Exterior Painting

How much does it cost to paint a house interior?+

It depends on square footage, ceiling height, how much trim and cabinetry is involved, and how much patching the walls need. We walk the house, measure, and hand you a written number before any work starts.

What time of year can you paint exteriors here?+

Roughly April through October, depending on the weather. Coatings need warm surfaces and dry conditions to cure, so we schedule around the forecast rather than pushing a job into a cold snap.

Do you paint kitchen cabinets instead of replacing them?+

Yes, and it saves a lot of money when the boxes are solid. We degrease, sand, use a bonding primer, and spray the finish so it looks like new casework instead of brushed-on wall paint.

Do you move furniture and cover floors?+

We move what we safely can, mask the rest, and protect floors with drops and paper. The house gets cleaned up at the end of every workday.
