Concrete either lasts thirty years or cracks in three, and the difference is almost always what happened before the truck showed up. We handle the whole pour: excavation, grading, base compaction, forming, rebar or mesh, the pour itself, finishing, control joints, and sealing.
Flatwork and Site Concrete
Patios, walkways, front steps, driveways, RV pads, shop and garage slabs, equipment pads, and stair landings. We dig to a stable subgrade, bring in and compact crushed base, set forms to a drainage slope that moves water away from the house, tie in reinforcement, and cut control joints at the right spacing so the slab cracks where we tell it to instead of across the middle. Finish options include broom, smooth trowel, exposed aggregate, and saw-cut patterns.
Epoxy and Coated Floors
Garage floors, shops, basements, gyms, and utility rooms. Coating only sticks if the profile is right, so we diamond grind the slab, vacuum the dust, fill cracks and spalls, then roll or broadcast the system you picked: solid color epoxy, full-flake with a clear urethane topcoat, or a metallic finish. Cured properly, it shrugs off hot tires, dropped tools, road salt, and oil, and it hoses clean instead of staining.
Repair, Resurfacing, and Cold-Weather Pours
Not every slab needs replacing. Spalled surfaces, chipped step edges, settled walkway sections, and hairline cracking can often be repaired or resurfaced with an overlay for a fraction of a tearout. When a slab has heaved or broken up from freeze-thaw, we will tell you honestly whether patching buys you time or just delays the inevitable. Winter pours are possible with blankets, accelerator, and heated protection, but we will always tell you when waiting for spring gets you a better slab for less money.

Questions We Get About Concrete & Epoxy Floors
How long before I can use a new concrete slab?+
You can usually walk on it the next day, put furniture on it after about a week, and drive on it after roughly a month. Full cure strength takes about 28 days.
Why does concrete crack, and can you prevent it?+
Concrete shrinks as it cures, so it will always relieve stress somewhere. Proper base compaction, reinforcement, and control joints cut at the right depth and spacing let it crack in the joints instead of across the open slab.
Is epoxy better than paint for a garage floor?+
Considerably. Floor paint sits on top and peels under hot tires. A ground-and-coated epoxy system bonds into the concrete profile and holds up to vehicles, tools, and salt.
Can you pour concrete in the winter?+
Sometimes, with blankets, mix adjustments, and protection. If the forecast makes it a gamble, we will say so and schedule you early in the spring instead.
